Viking Brewing Company
Randy and Ann Lee established the Viking Brewing Company in August of 1994. Searching for a place with the optimal infrastructure for a brewery (favorable water being top priority), in June of 1995, Viking purchased a 20,000-sq. ft. building in Dallas, WI that formerly housed the creamery where Randy's grandfather once worked. After much work in refurbishing the building, Viking fired its kettle for the first time on Labor Day of 1996. Since then, Viking has brewed over *20* styles of beer of its own, several contract beers and root beer.
